Alfonso Guerrero (Al) is a 21-year Navy veteran and Los Angeles native with a strong foundation in discipline, duty, and service. These qualities have defined his military career and shaped his professional journey in real estate.

Al has always prioritized academic achievement, earning an Associate of Arts in Real Estate, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management, and a Master of Arts in Law and Business. Currently working toward his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, Al is committed to lifelong learning and professional growth. His Christian values and focus on self-improvement guide both his personal and professional life.

Inspired by his brother-in-law, Al developed a passion for the real estate industry and has spent over 10 years honing his expertise in the competitive Los Angeles market. Known for his military discipline and strategic approach, he built a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Now based in Virginia Beach, Al’s deep understanding of market trends and his dedication to client success make him a trusted advisor in achieving real estate goals.

Outside of work, Al enjoys spending time with his wife of 15 years, their three children, and their dog. A dedicated Dodgers fan, he values family time and enjoys working out. Al is also an active volunteer in local Navy and community events, working to foster connections between the military and the community.
