Commercial Property Management

Our Commercial Department manages approximately 70,000 square feet of commercial office, retail, and industrial space throughout Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina.
We had some serious extensive repairs that needed completed at our Rental property for quite a longtime, and when the previous property management team failed to get these repairs completed, they were let go by the owner. Pyle Realty was hired and Tina came out and looked at our situation, the same day she called in contractors to begin the work and by the next day 1 of our problem repairs was fixed. Then within a few weeks we had results from other contractors and the major repairs were acted upon an completed.
Because of Tina, and Pyle Reality specifically, we have gotten our home back again, fully restored and living like normal people. Best Holiday gift we could have received. What's more, is our faith in rental homes and rental property management teams has been restored.
