About Me

“Mini AP,” as she is affectionately called in the office! Annie is a Virginia Beach native and the wife of fellow Pyle Realty team member, Nathan Pyle. Raised in the Little Neck area, she appreciates lush, tree-lined yards and living near the water. Annie graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2018 where she studied Marketing and Spanish. She then spent six years working at full service marketing agencies, quickly rising through the ranks in Account Management due to her leadership skills and passion for getting great results. Plus, her clients simply loved her relatable, upbeat personality. 

At Pyle Realty, Annie is committed to combining strategy, communication, and a client-first mindset for her buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate experience. Her unique blend of marketing expertise and client success management has equipped her with exceptional people skills, the ability to understand and achieve clients’ goals, and a knack for building trustworthy relationships. Her adaptability and capacity to wear many hats make her a dynamic and resourceful team member. Nathan and Annie love working with clients as a husband and wife team to provide their clients with the best, well-rounded real estate support system.

In her free time, Annie enjoys cooking, listening to music, watching a good show, and spending quality time with Nathan, friends and family, and her cat, Gertie.
