My wife Tracy and I love Pyle Realty - We were treated as if we were "family" and that is an art that seems to be lost in this day and age. The owner Allen Pyle went way beyond what we expected or that which anyone has a right to expect in terms of customer service and support - we live in Alexandria which is a 3.5 hour drive away, so during the home-buying process Allen drove by all the properties we had on our list and did a physical "walk-around" and where possible an internal inspection - all to help vet the list we came up with so as to make our visits as effective and efficient as possible. During the pre-closing process of closing out items from the home inspection, he attended to contractor meetings or inspections personally - acting as our agent and constantly texting and calling us to enable us to feel as if we were actually there and involved. He took the time to get to know us, understand us, and then act as if he was not just our agent - but as if he was buying the home himself. A simple "thank you" doesn't quite seem appropriate - so I hope anyone that reads this who is interested in either buying, selling or having their rental home managed by a truly "customer-first" professional will call Pyle Realty.
