About Me

David was born and raised in Virginia Beach and spent his formative years surfing and lifeguarding at the oceanfront. As a passionate lacrosse goalie, David learned how to lead others and communicate under pressure. Dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic earned him 1st Team All State honors in 2017. David is excited to bring these skills to Pyle Realty and to set a competitive edge for clients in the local real estate market.

David graduated in 2021 from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Commerce (concentrating in Finance with a Real Estate track) and a minor in Religious Studies. He joined the Pyle team soon after. As the youngest Pyle at Pyle Realty he brings a new energy to the company and to clients. His primary focus is commercial management and leasing, and he is actively involved in residential sales and property management.

David is a REALTOR®, member of HHRA, VAR, & NAR, and in his free time he enjoys surfing, guitar, piano, and reading.
