About Me

David was born and raised in Virginia Beach and spent his formative years surfing and lifeguarding at the oceanfront. David brings dedication, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to Pyle Realty. His experience and effective communication skills set a competitive edge for clients in the local real estate market.

Since joining the Pyle Realty team in 2021, David has successfully negotiated over $8 million in leases for his clients. David graduated from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with a Bachelor of Commerce (concentrating in Finance with a Real Estate track) and a minor in Religious Studies. As the youngest Pyle at Pyle Realty, he brings a fresh energy to the company and to clients. His primary focus is commercial management and leasing.

David is a REALTOR®, member of HHRA, VAR, & NAR, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Jordyn, surfing, and playing piano.
