About Me

Tina was born and raised in Charleston, SC, and in 1995 the military relocated her family to Virginia Beach. She has a passion for property management like no other.

Tina graduated from College of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has worked in property management since college. Throughout her 30+ year career in property management, she has managed a vast array of properties: military housing, multiple classes of apartments, weekly vacation rentals, monthly and annual rentals, and even commercial space. Tina brings her positive attitude and lively personality to Pyle Realty, and she strives to go above and beyond to help all people each and every day.

She is also a member of HHRA, VAR, & NAR. In her free time, Tina loves to work out, relax by the pool, spend time with her daughter and their dog, and ride her motorcycle.
